Abstract
The sufferings of battered women in Lebanon have gone beyond the pages of ALRAIDA (Spring/Summer issue (#65/66, 1994). Activists, social workers, concerned humanitarians, as well as otherwise silent victims have voiced their intention to come out together and join the newly established organization for battered women in Lebanon which was announced in the above issue.
